Energy consumption
During the reporting period, our total energy consumption amounted to 143.61 MWh. Electricity consumption accounted for
the majority, with 18.53 MWh sourced from renewable electricity and 2.11 MWh from non-renewable sources, totalling 20.64
MWh.
We continuously monitor our energy usage and are evaluating opportunities to reduce consumption and increase the share
of renewable energy across our activities. These e昀昀orts contribute to our broader climate strategy and our commitment to
reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Greenhouse gas emissions
Wencon follows the Greenhous Gas Protocol through Klimakompasset to map out the CO₂ emissions for Scope 1 and 2. We
have chosen not to report on Scope 3 for 2024 but are currently considering how to address and integrate it into our future
strategy.
