Our approach to the social part of ESG focuses on both our internal workforce and workers in our value chain.
Internally, we prioritize a diverse and inclusive workplace. We aim for balanced representation and the right
mix of skills, experiences and personal qualities. Every role is treated with equal respect and o昀昀ered the same
rights, opportunities and job security. Monthly company-wide meetings ensure that information 昀氀ows openly
between management and employees, and all sta昀昀 are encouraged to share updates, ask questions and
propose improvements.
Across our value chain, we work to ensure that using our products is as safe as possible. We provide safety data
sheets, detailed application guides and online tutorials, giving customers and partners clear documentation
and guidance for safe and responsible product use.
Our workplace
Team & organization
The employee turnover rate in 2024 was 36%. This 昀椀gure is strongly a昀昀ected by Wencon’s small company size,
where the departure of four employees has a large proportional impact. During the same period, seven new
employees were hired. The company is currently on a growth journey, and the turnover re昀氀ects both natural
adjustments and restructuring to build a stronger foundation for future development.
In terms of gender distribution, Wencon’s workforce consists of 7.10 male full-time equivalents (FTE) and
4.20 female FTEs, re昀氀ecting a predominantly male workforce while maintaining a representation of female
employees across various roles.
