Working conditions
All employees are employed on permanent contracts, except for one temporary position in 2024. Wages
comply with or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements, and all employees are covered by
collective bargaining agreements.
We maintain a transparent and fair approach to working conditions, ensuring stability and compliance with
national standards, but also with continuous focus on improvements focusing on ergonomics.
Health & safety
No work-related accidents or fatalities were recorded in 2024. Health and safety are a key focus area,
supported by preventive measures and ongoing monitoring.
Our safety measures are described in the company handbook and Code of Conduct.
Training & education
Training is an important part of employee development and, in some cases, a requirement for personal safety.
In 2024, male employees completed a total of 30 training hours (avg. 4.2 hours per employee), while female
employees completed 89.5 hours (avg. 21.5 hours per employee). The di昀昀erence in averages re昀氀ects the
onboarding of new employees.
