Wencon operates under a structured governance framework and is ISO 9001 certi昀椀ed. Our products are
product type approved by DNV, ABS, and RINA, ensuring compliance with international standards and
high-quality assurance.
Policies and practices supporting sustainability
Wencon has established a Code of Conduct and an Employee Handbook, which de昀椀ne principles and
expectations regarding ethical business conduct, integrity, fair treatment of employees, and compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
These frameworks form part of Wencon’s practices and policies for transitioning towards a more sustainable
economy. These documents are communicated to all employees and serve as the foundation for guiding
behaviour and decision-making across the company.
Governance & governance body
The Board of Directors maintains oversight of company operations and strategic decisions. The gender
diversity ratio within the governance body is six males and zero females, re昀氀ecting the current composition of
