Whistleblowing
Wencon will establish a whistleblowing mechanism that allows employees and stakeholders to con昀椀dentially
report any unethical behaviour or violations of internal policies. The system will be easily accessible online. No
whistleblowing incidents were reported during the reporting period.
Anti-corruption
We strictly adhere to anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws. In 2024, there were no convictions, legal judgments,
or court cases related to violations of these laws, and no 昀椀nes were imposed.
