Hazardous waste
All hazardous waste collected in Wencon at the company address are send to the joint municipality hazardous waste station (“MOTAS”).
Disposal of waste via MOTAS is invoiced per KG. This means that we can track amount of disposed hazardous waste in KG as for a speci昀椀c
period.
Non-hazardous waste (general waste)
Wencon is registered with the municipal waste management service, which is required according to the Danish Waste regulation as for
Companies. This means that Wencon is required to sort waste into de昀椀ned categories.
In this waste management service at Nordfyns municipality, companies are charged according to size of waste containers and frequency of
emptying.
There is no registration of disposed amount (i.e. KG, etc.) in the waste management service.
Number of employees
The number of employees is based on the number of employees as of end of accounting periods, broken down by gender. The gender
categories include male, female, other and not reported.
The number of FTEs is calculated by converting all hours worked by employees during the 昀椀nancial year into units equivalent to one full-time
position. A full-time position is de昀椀ned as 1,924 hours per year, equivalent to 37 hours per week for 52 weeks. This includes all permanent
employees and temporary employees. The average number of employees is calculated as the average number of employees at the beginning
of the reporting year Jan 1, 2024, and the end of the reporting year Dec 31, 2024.
