Employee Turnover Rate
The employee turnover rate is calculated by dividing the total number of resignations during the reporting period by the average number of
employees (headcount) in the same period, expressed as a percentage.
Gender Distribution – governance body
As of 31 December 2024, the governance body at Wencon consists of six members of the Board of Directors, the CEO, and the Chairman. The
gender distribution is reported as the proportion of women within the governance body. At the reporting date, no women were represented in
these positions.
Occupational Accidents
The Lost Time Accident Frequency (LTAF) refers to work-related accidents resulting in an employee being absent from work for more than one
day or shift during the reporting period. LTAF is calculated by dividing the total number of such accidents by the total number of recorded working hours and multiplying the result by 1,000,000 working hours to standardize the rate.
Training Hours
Total training hours are divided by the number of FTE. Training hours are measured as all o昀케cial external training participated.
