Strategy & sustainability
Our sustainability strategy focuses on repair over replacement of metal and glass reinforced epoxy workpieces. The Code
of Conduct and Employee Handbook guide ethical business practices, employee well-being, health, and compliance with
applicable laws. These initiatives support maritime customers, including ship-owners, 昀氀eet managers, maintenance teams,
and service providers, in achieving their sustainability objectives.
We ship our products worldwide, and while it is important to handle epoxy solutions with care and be mindful of the
potential release of microplastics, our aim is to reduce environmental impact by extending the lifetime of mechanical
components.
We are also aware that the extraction of raw materials, such as oil for our epoxy products and wood for packaging, entails
CO₂ emissions. At the same time, we strive to act as a partner that drives positive change in collaboration with our value
chain.
Sustainability-related certi昀椀cations and labels
All purchased wooden pallets are FSC® certi昀椀ed, ensuring that the wood used comes from responsibly managed forests
that meet strict environmental, social, and economic standards.
Likewise, our repair kit boxes are FSC® certi昀椀ed, guaranteeing that this packaging also supports responsible forestry and
sustainable supply chains.
